       We have 4 levels of security available, briefly described below and all tested to Swedish standard.

• Level 2 - Tested to prEN 1627 - 2007/09 Security Level 2
  The test involves a determined attack over a period of 15 mins using tools including screwdriver, 300mm lever and hammer.
  
  
• Level 3 - Tested to prEN 1627 - 2007/09 Security Level 3
  The test involves a determined attach over a period of 20mins using a variety of tools including hand hammer, hand drill and crowbar.
  Locks Anti-drill tested to BS EN 1303 Security grade 6.
  
  
• Level 4 - Tested to prEN 1627 - 2007/09 Security Level 4
  The test involves a detmined attack over a period of 30mins using a selection of hand and battery tools including club hammer, cordless drill, cold chisel and axe.
  Locks Anti-drill tested to BS EN 1303 Security grade 6.
  
  
• Level 5 - Tested to the highest level of the Swedish Burglary Test SS 81 73 45
  The test involves a detmined attack over a period of 30mins using a selection of hand and power tools including sledge hammer, 500W drill, power saws and angle grinder.
  Locks Anti-drill tested to BS EN 1303 Security grade 6.

• Prepared for DIN standard installation lock.
• Strengthened for closer / Panic Bar Hardware

       Double Door:

• As with Single Door but with the addition of flush bolts to inactive leaf.

        The Door Blade:

• Overall Thickness: 47mm.
• Material: 1.2mm Galvanised steel skins.
• Insulation Core: Honeycomb.
• Design: The door skins are folded and glued. The door leaf has a high surface finish with accurate sizing. The door leaf is hung on three stainless steel butt hinges with security dog bolts into the frame and supplied as standard with an astrangal security lip.

        The Door Frame:

• Material: 1.5mm Roll formed galvanised steel.
• Cill: 25mm Galvanised Steel (optional).
• Design: The frames are supplied as standard in a single rebate profile. Other profiles are available. 

• Auto Closer.
• Vision Panels.
• Louvres.

• Our range of Steel Security Doors achieve a rating of 120mins in accordance with the criteria laid down in BS476 Part 20 & 22.
